Jay Bakersfield’s Background

BRICKSVILLE, CA SEPT 18 2005 – J. Bakersfield wanted for murder of the John Gila. In 2003. And he knew what he was doing that he had a criminal records before in 1985. He had a robbed a bank the first time, then he stole a car. Then the car went and the chase ended in 1985. And then J Bakersfield was convicted of bank robbing and grand theft auto he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. And that what happens he was release in 1995, I know what he was doing.

Mr. Bakersfield had purchased a chainsaw, he a saw the trees and bushes and something and then he bought a twenty two caliber at the local gun store in East Bricksville. And then what did he do? He wants to sent money to Mr Gila. Mr. John Gila asked Mr. Bakersfield to borrow his money and Mrs Bakersfield said yes. And then last day he sued on January 15th John Gila did not give back the money so he used it to buy groceries and supplies at the store.

Then what did he do at night? On January 18th, at 1:30 in the morning in 2003, he got a chainsaw and he chainsawed the door and he tried the door and there was metal embedded in the door. And then he had to get the handsaw to saw the metal in half and he broke into Mr. Gila’s house and he assaulted him and killed him with a chainsaw two times. Then he shot him with a 9 mm pistol that he shoot. Then he kidnapped Jane Gila, John Gila’s wife and she was kidnapped and he buried the body on the side of the road 96 miles from Bricksville on highway 210.

And then what he actually did, and the cops never found. Jane Gila was reported missing on January 19th by Timmy. Then they reported that made it here. On June 19th 2004 Jane Gila’s body was found on high way 210. They dug up the skeleton of Jane Gila. And she had been assaulted with a weapon and shot 2 times with a 9mm gun the same one used to kill Mr. Gila.

Mr. Bakersfield is armed and dangerous. He robbed a bank on January 29th. He assaulted a Japanese girl on Feb 2nd. While Bakersfield read the newspaper the Columbia disintegrated in Texas. And then Mr. Bakersfield drove off and he drove off to I76 East to I-80 east, killed convenience store in Lincoln, robbed a bank in Des Moines. He took I 74 east to Illinois, Indiana, Ohio.

Bakersfield had gotten away, he shot 2 police officers dead head to pittsburgh where he robbed another bank the same as he robbed in Nevada. And then later he went to his favorite hometown he was born in 1960 El Mera, New York. and then Mr Bakersfield went to his hometown and he was visited by Billy Bakersfield, former criminal, he stole car in 1975. Billy was born in 1955 in San Francisco. actually Mr Bakersfield robbed a bank in Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Later on May 1st was captured on the road in El Mera he was arrested and taken to extradited to Bricksville.

Trial started on August 1st. Chainsaw, shotgun and 9mm pistol were used to kill John and Jane Gila. Mr Bakersfield could avoid the death penalty with a life sentence. the closing arguments will be on September 29th. If he’s found guilty he will be sentenced to 55 years in prison with no chance of parole. And then actually Mr Bakersfield will not kill his victims again. And this one Bricksville is now getting slowly back to normal.
