Background of the Lawn Chair Flight

BRICKSVILLE, CA JUL 16 2005 – The investigation of the lawn chair flight scandal involved with John Smith and Mary Smith and crew of the lawnchair ground crew.

The investigation report that John Smith was planned to fly a lawnchair like Larry Walters. The plans were drawn in May 2003 with weather balloons on June 1st . John Smith went to surplus store in Leno. Talk to the store owner and John Smith said “Do you ahave any weather ballons?” The store owner said: “No, we don’t have any.”

On June 18 2003 they tried out with hot air balloons they bought it at Ebay website auction. They a big hot air balloons they bid and sold about $238,000. They took about 88 days and it aired on September or October 2003. In November John Smith got hlep Cynthia Corllik and Jakal Dortoal, Jane Breei and Jay Collions to help build a lawn chair. They tear down old 1982 Ford F-150 to build a lawn chair in completed in Dec 31 2003.

On January 1 2004 They flew the lawn chair with Hot air balloons at 11:00 a.m.

This lawn chair flew in turn left heading to Vaca City. He turn right to Bricksville heading north Melands, Bosso and Golden Hut. He cut all the ropes off to land down but parachute failed to deploy. Lawn chair he got off with a parachute he landed in Provo lake at 2:00 p.m.

“Bricksville, CA Saturday January 3rd 2004 – Lawn chair flies in Bricksville lawn chair pilot Johnny Smith field around Bricksville, Vaca City, and Golden Hut. He violated airspace in Bricksville today. They are looking for lawn chair, it’s somewhere in Route 67 Borderock Pass and Provo lake. But Johnny Smith arrested for flying without license like Larry Walters did fly around Los Angeles and LAX. Johnny Smith attach with 155 weather balloons to fly around Bricksville. He got into 25,000 ft or 30,000 ft. Now Mexitalians fly ahead to Route 67 Borderock Pass look for modified lawn chair but it was not found. FAA said “there was lawn chair flying around, they contacted Bricksville International Airport west Bricksville.” John Smith will be in courtroom next month.”

On January 21 the lawn chair was found at Port Lunger. The investigation report that scandal involved that the lawn chair not enough evidence that he flew a lawn chair heading was heading to Las Vegas or Salt Lake City.

The trial has scheduled for September 1, 2005.
